You might be able to brute force more air into the gpu cooler from beneath with some 3000rpm fans like Noctua's IPPCs, but that's much too loud. The gpu cooler's fans can't get enough air through to displace the power used by the card with this trend of massive air cooled gpus, their fans are too close to the glass.
